A veces pienso que estoy perdiendo un tiempo precioso tratando de decodificar el lenguaje secreto de mis intenciones, que se presentan como icebergs flotando en una misma trayectoria de colisi\u00f3n. Por m\u00e1s que me arrastro, siempre me encuentro en el mismo lugar. La fuerza inercial que predetermina el movimiento en funci\u00f3n del tiempo ha logrado paralizar por completo cada una de las part\u00edculas formadas por \u00e1tomos de la masa que forma mi cuerpo. Deber\u00eda tratar de optimizar esa especie de reacci\u00f3n redox que influye en mis deseos de desterrar para siempre el letargo inducido por la afluenza, el mal humor, la tristeza o el aburrimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Dicen que siempre hay un momento reflexivo que precede a intentar un cambio, pero la transici\u00f3n es un proceso subjetivo que se me antoja irreal, abstracto, repleto de brumas indefinidas que ocultan el desorden disociativo y la despersonalizaci\u00f3n de mi identidad, cada vez m\u00e1s trastornada por la falta de sue\u00f1o, el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad. Ni siquiera la fantas\u00eda convulsiva como respuesta psicol\u00f3gica a tantos a\u00f1os de traumas existenciales y procrastinaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica ha logrado trasmitirme la fuerza que se necesita para comprender que el dialelo en el que me encuentro sumido s\u00f3lo es un estado de percepci\u00f3n adquirido como soluci\u00f3n a mi inusual aversi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible que una psicoterapia perceptiva como la Anathe\u00f3resis pudiera ayudarme a relativizar los procesos emocionales que procrean y desarrollan algunas de mis m\u00e1s \u00abpreciadas\u00bb enfermedades som\u00e1ticas; no obstante y despu\u00e9s de tantos a\u00f1os sometido a las continuas eventualidades de mis desordenes psicosociol\u00f3gicos, me encuentro en una disyunci\u00f3n il\u00f3gica que carece de sentido pr\u00e1ctico en relaci\u00f3n a mi extrema falta de perspectivas futuras.<\/p>\n<p>\nBesos y abrazos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mark Rothko,&nbsp;Untitled black, 1952 Querida: Me siento como un adicto parapl\u00e9jico al que han de inyectar su dosis diaria.
